Trip Taco was conceived from the Imagination of Chef/Owner Travis Berlenbach.
Being his first kitchen he wanted to live outside the box and celebrate all of the incredible cultures and cuisines he has been fortunate to experience throughout his life.
Honouring the Mexican heritage of the taco, Travis also takes swift turns with fun takes on fast food favourites to more refined and unique flavours he has learned as a Chef over the last 25 years.
Trip Taco is a celebration of cultures and inspired by the people and flavours from around the world.
OUR LITTLE TACO SHOP
It's what's on the inside that counts
Over two years and only six months of operation, Travis took it upon himself to expand operations and built a new shop at 1794 Chemong Rd.
Getting overwhelmed with event requests, he felt this was the best way to honour his patrons, who had ultimately got him to this point, and have a spot that would remain open and use the trailer to do catering off site.
Travis has worked hard, with the help of friend and fellow Chef Eric McKibbon, to build a space that people would consider a destination. A destination he hopes to take you on a culinary journey with.
