Trip Taco was conceived from the Imagination of Chef/Owner Travis Berlenbach.
Being his first time being an owner, Travis wanted to share and celebrate all of the incredible cultures and cuisines he has been fortunate to learn throughout his nearly three decade long career as a chef.
Honouring the Mexican heritage of the taco, Travis has branched out to create fun takes on fast food favourites to more refined and unique cuisines as well as bringing an explosion of flavours through elevating classic traditional culinary dishes.
Trip Taco is a celebration of cultures and inspired by the people and flavours from around the world.
